First Case! Florida stationery company sues Trump over tariffs
1

Recently, Emily Ley, founder of Florida-based stationery brand Simplified, filed a lawsuit in federal court accusing former President Trump's administration of invoking the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) to bypass congressional procedures to impose tariffs on all goods from China to the detriment of small and medium-sized businesses in the United States.
